About Estates of Shady Hollow
The Estates of Shady Hollow (ESH) is a residential community of about 235 homes nestled among the hills of southwest Austin. The ESH is located on the west side of Brodie Lane, about 1.8 miles south of Slaughter Lane, and about 1.5 miles north of FM 1626. See the Maps and Plat section for details. The Estates of Shady Hollow Home Owners Association (ESHHOA) is dedicated to preserving the special nature of our community, with an active membership that stays in touch with other neighborhood associations, community groups, and each other. The ESHHOA is active in city issues, environmental concerns, traffic problems, and neighborhood improvements, as well as other community matters. The ESHHOA is a member of the Oak Hill Association of Neighborhoods (OHAN), an organization representing 10,000 plus Southwest Travis County homeowners. The heart and soul of any organization is the enthusiasm and creativity of its active members. ESHHOA offers you the opportunity to make a positive difference in your immediate surroundings. Browse our site to learn who's who in the association, to check out our quarterly newsletters, and to review the Board of Directors meetings. We invite all ESH home owners to contact any of the ESHHOA Board of Directors if you would like to become more actively involved in community affairs, or if you have suggestions or concerns about the community.
